Community Good Friday Service

The Greenwood Ministerial Alliance will host a Good Friday Service at Noon on April 18 at the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church (103 West Denver). This is a quiet Service of confession, reflection and meditation. A retiring Offering for the Alliance Emergency Fund will be received. All are welcome.

Egg Hunt to be held April 19

Walters, Gaston, Allison & Parker attorneys at Law invite everyone to an Easter Egg Hunt on April 19 at 2 pm at 1405 W. Center in Greenwood on the front lawn. There will be 10,000 candy fill eggs. The Golden Egg hunt began April 14th at Bell Park, if you find the egg bring it to the Egg Hunt on April 19 to claim your price of $100.

Pancake Breakfast

There will be a Pancake Breakfast consisting of pancakes, syrup, sausage, juice and milk at Eastside Convenience on April 19 from 6:30-9:30 a.m. The cost is $5 per plate and all proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.

Greenwood Car Show

Greenwood’s Annual Open Car Show is here again. Now in its 27th year, this show takes place on Town Square, April 26 from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. With over $1,200 in cash and prizes, this show has a huge turnout every year. Airing of the Quilts

The 2014 Airing of the Quilts in Greenwood is now accepting entries for their 5th Annual Show on May 3 and 4. Entry forms can be picked up at Greenwood Flower and Gift Shop (510 W. Center) during regular business hours.
