First Impressions class offered
The Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism will be presenting a training class called First Impressions. This is beneficial for anyone that is a “touch-point” business with contacts for visitors to the area. The “Welcome to Arkansas” Training Program seeks to improve customer service by taking the participants to a new level of awareness of the needs of visitors to our community. The First Impressions class will be held on February 13, 2014, at the Farmers Bank Means Wilkinson community room from 9:00 a.m. until noon.
