Live BlueGrass Music Benefit

Calvary Temple will be holding a live BlueGrass Music Benefit for Radley O’Neal on Saturday, November 16 at 10 a.m. Music will be provided by Crossroads and there will be a free hot dog lunch, a silent pie auction, raffles for bikes and a bounce around. Radley is six years old and was diagnosed with a form of Cancer and has already received chemo for three months as well as multiple weeks of radiation. He is a first grader at Hartford Elementary. Calvary Temple asks that all join them in raising money to aid in the many expenses his family is facing.

St. Scholastica Sale

St. Scholastica Monastery, 1301 S. Albert Pike, Fort Smith, is having a small furniture and household items sale on Friday, November 15 and Saturday, November 16 from 8 am - 4 pm.

There are three entrances to the monastery grounds. Take the entrance closest to Rogers Avenue—called the “Service Entrance” and drive around to the back near the yellow house.

(No donations, please. We will be accepting donated items at a later date for our big garage sale March 29, 2014—but everything we’re selling at this sale is from the monastery.)
