Heath Stallings Benefit Dinner

Heath is a 46-year old heart failure patient that is in need of a heart transplant. He has worked in law enforcement for most of his adult life including working for the Heavener Police Department. Heath is the son of Sue and the late Jim Stallings and grew up in Heavener. There will be a Turkey Dinner and Auction of homemade pies, cakes, quilts and more on Sunday July 20 at the Heavener School Cafeteria. The cost is $5 per person and it takes place from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. For more information, call Carol Clark at 918-653-3826.

International Spy Academy

Are you ready to become special agents for the one true God? We’re calling all aspiring special agents (age 4yrs-12yrs) to join us July 21-25 from 6:15pm-8:45pm (registration begins at 5:45pm)for VBS at Mt. Zion Baptist Church! VBS High Seas Adventure

Come aboard Grace Lutheran Church’s High Seas Adventure. Join us July 30 through August 1 from 10 a.m. until noon. There will be amazing Bible stories, snacks, crafts, music and games. Gospel Sing in Jenny Lind

Vernie Heydenreich presents the 9th Annual Gospel Sing featuring the Heydenreich Family, One Step Away, the Parnell’s and the Bilderbacks. This Bluegrass and Southern Gospel Music event will be held at the Performing Art Center at 515 East Gary Street in Greenwood on Saturday, August 9, 6 p.m. Admission is free but a love offering will be received. Just Down the Road revival

Kory Kinslow Ministry’s next revival is August 16 at 4 p.m. at the Farmers Bank Community Room in Barling, Ark. Evangelist Kory Kinslow preaches on, “Just Down the Road,” and Kim Kinslow, Kory Kinslow and Jayson McGaugh will be singing.
