SUBMITTED PHOTO

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month in October, the Mansfield High School EAST Classroom conducted a fundraiser. A war against Breast Cancer was declared by conducting “Penny Wars” with the four grade levels competing against each other. When the war ended $268.20 had been raised, all of which was donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation. Congratulations to the senior class, who were the winners of war. Special thanks go out to Mansfield Subway, for the donation of the prizes and Farmers Bank, Mansfield branch, for their assistance in counting all the coins.
