Coy Ray Peters, of Greenwood, Ark., recently graduated from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He also earned his Master of Business Administration from OSU.
A 2002 graduate of Greenwood High School, Peters earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith in 2008. He is the son of Art and Doris Peters, of Greenwood, Ark. He will complete his residency in family medicine at OSU Center for Health Sciences.
OSU Center for Health Sciences trains osteopathic physicians, research scientists and other health care professionals, with an emphasis on serving rural and underserved Oklahoma. OSU-CHS also offers graduate programs in biomedical sciences, forensic sciences and health care administration.
