Twin Oaks planted on the Square

<p>Members of Boy Scout Troop 54 work on digging a hole deep enough to plant one of two oak trees on the square. The planting started after the Scouts picked up trash on Highway 10 Spur from La Fiesta to The Yellow Car Wash as part of the City-Wide Clean-up. Doug Kinslow from the Parks Department and Willy Manes from the Water Department assisted the Boy Scouts with the project.</p>

One of the trees was planted in honor of Ms. J. Jayalalitha and her service as Chief Minister of the State of Tamilnadu in India.</p>
