Brice Edington Parker

Brice Edington Parker, 82 of Dayton, Ark. passed away Friday, March 7, 2014 in a Fort Smith hospital. He was a retired wildlife officer for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, U.S. Naval veteran of the Korean War and member of the Dayton Church of Christ.

Funeral service was Monday, March 10 at Dayton Church of Christ with burial at Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

He is survived by his wife, Freda Parker; two sons, Eddie Lee Parker and Kevin D. Jones both of Dayton; one daughter, Melanie L. Jones of Dayton; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were employees of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Honorary pallbearers were Jimmy Moore, Larry Wagoner, Brownie McBride, Ray Parker, Joe Parker, Josh Parker, Larry Drake and Randy Drake.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Dayton Community Building in care of Allied Bank in Mansfield.
