Geraldine Fulbright

Geraldine Bell Fulbright was born in Silva, Mo. on January 24, 1924, and transitioned into heaven on Mother’s Day, May 11, 2014. Her ninety years on earth were spent loving God and her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Rev. Arthur Fulbright and her devoted daughter, Marilyn Clements. She is survived by her other two daughters and sons-in-law: Pamela Killough, LaRhondda and Mike Hardy, and J.L. Clements, eight grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one soon to be great-great grandchild.

Geraldine (Granny) was a charter member of The Woodlands Church, and a devout Methodist. She followed and contributed to her husband’s ministry throughout his years of service to the church. Granny spent her life nurturing her family, sewing, baking, fishing, shopping, and laughing. Her family will hold the memories of her love close to their hearts. She taught by example and lived a Christ centered life. She will be forever missed.

A service celebrating Granny’s life was held at The Woodlands Church, 7804 Rogers Avenue, Fort Smith on Saturday, May 17, 2014.

In honor of Geraldine, memorial contributions may be made to Reynold’s Cancer Support House, 3324 S. M Street, Fort Smith, AR 72903
