Harvey Gene Bryan

Harvey Gene Bryan, 84, of Greenwood, went to be with The Lord Thursday, May 30, 2013 in Fort Smith. He was a retired mechanic and rancher. He was a Founder and Elder of Lighthouse Family Worship Center in Witcherville, where he taught Sunday School for more than thirty years. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty-six years Gladys Bryan.

Funeral service was Monday, June 3 at Lighthouse Family Worship Center in Witcherville with burial at Mount Olive Cemetery in Midland under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home of Greenwood.

Survivors include two daughters, Carol Harrison of Humble, Texas and Pam Kinslow and husband, Doug of Greenwood; two sons, Carl Sullivan and wife, Kitty of Spring, Texas and Paul Sullivan of Huntsville, Texas; two sisters, Carol Phelps of Witcherville and Sue Lawrence of Huntington; one brother, Charles Bryan of Mansfield; eighteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Kory Kinslow, Chris Kinslow, Nic Kinslow, Bryan Sullivan, Paul Sullivan, and J.B. Lawrence. Honorary Pallbearers were Seth Hattabaugh, Fred Kinslow, Darrell Hunt, Jim Phelps, Randy Phelps, Ronnie Phelps, Jerry Lawrence, Stanley Lawrence, Charles Bryan, Ricky Bryan, and Shane Bryan.
