It was the year 1994.
On the occasion of her 100th birthday, a lady was interviewed by a TV reporter. She answered all the questions put to her until the reporter asked her to what she attributed the fact that she had reached such a milestone. There was a rather long pause, and then she replied…
“I guess the main reason I got to be 100 years old is that I was born in 1894.”
Here’s a quote I’d never heard before from a pastor on TV, named Rick Warren. He said, “It’s not a sin to be rich…it’s a sin to die rich.”
Now, I ask, “Do you know someone who is slower than molasses?”
