<p>Visitors to the Airing of the Quilts examine the first place winner, “Seasonal Silhouette” by Letha Wilson. Other winners include “Bargello” by Christy Gee (second place) and “Island Jane” by Cheryl Morris (third place.) Winners were selected by viewer ballot and were awarded gift certificates from Mama’s Log House Quilt Shop.</p>

Kinslow explained to the students that the trees belonged to them and that they should keep an eye on them as they get older and if they need attention they should contact the mayor’s office.</p>
