<p>Mayor Doug Kinslow is shown here in Bell Park last week planting trees with kindergarten students. Seven trees were planted that day, one for each class. Kinslow explained to the students that the trees belonged to them and that they should keep an eye on them as they get older and if they need attention they should contact the mayor’s office.</p>

<p>On Thursday April 21st, The Greenwood Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Western Arkansas Title Services at their new location at 44 Town Square in Greenwood. Owners Ron Calhoun, Karen LaRosen, Lisa Hollomon, Ben Berry and their associates provide escrow services, title insurance, real estate closings, property searches and deed prep to all of Arkansas from their location in Greenwood, Fort Smith and Van Buren. They are open Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. you can contact them at 479-996-4949.</p>
