Bailee McCorkle, a Freshman at Greenwood Jr High, placed first in the Girl’s Pole Vault at the High School Indoor State Track Meet that was held on Saturday, Feb. 8th at the Randal Tyson Indoor Facility at the U of A in Fayetteville. She won with a jump of 11’2”. This meet concluded the indoor season for this year. McCorkle will begin the outdoor season for Greenwood High School in March. She is looking forward to continuing her hard work, so that she may have a successful outdoor track season this year.
